The ever changing scene, the array of colours on the trees and hedgerows ensure there are never two days the same. The seasons, the early spring burst of yellow with primrose and daffodil to glorious tints of autumn leaves always emphasise the wonder of nature.Set within a 120 acre farm , opening directly on to fields , residents are free to walk ( pets to be kept under control please!!). At the highest point of the farm is panoramic view which includes the Torridge estuary, Exmoor 20 miles to the northeast and Dartmoor 20 miles to the south.
